About Courtney
Hi, I’m Courtney.
I help sophisticated clients navigate two of Los Angeles’s most distinctive luxury markets — the Westside and the San Fernando Valley — in the $3M to $6M tier. My approach combines deep market knowledge with the kind of personal attention that only a focused boutique practice can provide. You won’t be handled by an assistant. You’ll work with me, directly, from our first conversation to the day the deal closes.

My Story
How I Got Here
Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent time in property valuation, client experience, and sales — three areas that shaped the way I understand homes and the people who move through them.
Valuation taught me to look beyond the surface. A beautiful home matters, but so do the details behind it: location, condition, layout, upgrades, lot size, neighborhood demand, and how the property is positioned in the market. Client experience taught me the importance of communication, follow-through, and making people feel supported through important decisions.
That combination is what I bring into my work today. I approach real estate with both heart and strategy — paying attention to the emotional side of finding a home, while also helping clients understand value, timing, and market position.
My focus is Los Angeles luxury real estate, especially the Westside and San Fernando Valley. These markets are different in feel, pace, and lifestyle, and I love helping clients understand which neighborhood truly supports the life they are building.
My Philosophy
How I Work
01
Honest Guidance
Pricing a luxury home correctly at the outset matters more than any single marketing move. I'd rather tell you the uncomfortable truth about what your property will actually fetch than win your business with an inflated number that costs you months on the market.
02
Clear Communication
You won't be routed through a team. You work with me. That means I know the details of your transaction, answer your questions personally, and am accountable to you from start to finish. The tradeoff: I take on fewer clients at once. The benefit: each one gets my full attention.
03
Long-Term Trust
Most of my future business will come from clients I serve well today. That calibrates my incentives correctly — I'm not trying to win this transaction, I'm trying to earn your next referral. It's a longer game, but it's the right one.

Beyond Real Estate
A Bit More About Me
When I’m not walking clients through estates or negotiating offers, I’m usually outdoors somewhere — the Santa Monica Mountains, Malibu Creek, or just long walks around Encino and the surrounding neighborhoods. I’ve come to believe that really knowing a place requires showing up on a Saturday morning and a Tuesday evening, in different seasons, from different angles.
I’m a proponent of genuinely healthy living — which turns out to matter professionally. Luxury buyers at this tier increasingly care about wellness-oriented properties: fitness studios, meditation spaces, organic gardens, air and water quality. Understanding what “wellness luxury” actually means in a home has become part of how I help clients evaluate fit.
And I always respond to calls and texts personally — usually within a few hours, and always within the same business day.
Let’s Talk
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring
The best conversations in real estate happen before any transaction is on the table. Let’s meet, talk through what you’re thinking about, and see if I can be helpful.
