Home Valuation

What is your home worth in today’s market?

Algorithms guess. Courtney walks the comps, weighs the off-market data, and prepares an honest analysis specific to your address — not a zip code average. Submit your details and you’ll receive a personally prepared valuation within 24 hours.

By submitting, you agree to be contacted by Courtney about your property. We never sell or share your information.

Frequently asked

Common questions about home valuations

How is this different from a Zillow Zestimate?

Algorithmic estimates use comparable averages and lag the market by 60–90 days. Courtney prepares each valuation by hand: walking comparable closes from the past 90 days, accounting for off-market activity, finishes, view, lot characteristics, and current buyer demand in your specific micro-market.

How long does it take to receive my valuation?

Within 24 hours of your submission. Complex properties or those requiring an in-person walkthrough may take 48 hours.

Is there any obligation if I request a valuation?

None. Many homeowners use these analyses to understand equity for refinancing, estate planning, or simple curiosity. If you decide to list, Courtney would be honored to be considered — but the valuation is yours either way.

Will my address be kept private?

Yes. Submissions are confidential. Courtney does not share, sell, or publish any information you provide.

Which neighborhoods do you cover?

All of the Westside (Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Hancock Park, Hollywood Hills) and the luxury San Fernando Valley markets (Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Encino, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills).

Prefer to talk first?

Some sellers prefer a conversation before sharing their property details. Courtney is happy to start there.
